I am a daughter, friend, sister, and student of life. I’ve been shaped by my West African heritage while balancing being an eldest daughter of first generation immigrants.

I’ve always known from adolescence that I wanted to work in the mental health space. I consider this work to be scared and a part of my life calling.

When I’m not in therapy with clients I enjoy reading fiction books, hosting dinner for my friends, or traveling with my siblings to a new city.
